I made this last night for myself and my boyfriend (who is very picky). It was so yummy. I am always watching my weight and most of the time eat frozen weight watchers meals because I did not know how to cook an actual dinner but make it healthy and guilt free. I paired up the chops with some steamed asparagus seasoned with garlic salt, a great compliment. A satisfying meal minus the guilt.
