
Ingredients:
1 lb boneless skinless chicken tenderloins
1 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1 cup diced onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon olive oil
15 oz can tomato sauce
14 oz can diced tomatoes, drained
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 cups egg noodles
Directions:
Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, in skillet, cook chicken, green peppers, garlic, and onion in olive oil. When chicken is cooked, stir in tomato sauce, tomatoes, and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook uncovered for 10 minutes. Serve over egg noodles.
